□ THIS WEEK AT THE CAPITAL is distributed weekly during legislative sessions via email to all members of the North Carolina Chamber.  This two-part e-newsletter is intended to keep Chamber members informed about legislative activity and ‘hot topics’ in the capital city during the legislative session.  THIS WEEK AT THE CAPITAL provides a Competitiveness Update, which is a list of bills especially relevant to the North Carolina Chamber’s Agenda (bill number, description, status, Chamber position on the bill, and priority issue to which the bill is related).  The newsletter also provides a Capital News Update, which is a weekly collection of news briefs covering hot topics in the state legislature and public policy arena.
