Urge Congress to Stop NLRB's Ambush Election Rule!
Take action today! The Senate Joint Resolution 36 and House Resolution 103 would prevent government induced uncertainty by reining in recent National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) overreach. Urge your representative to support S.J. Res 36/H.J. Res 103, which will stop the NLRB from forcing "ambush elections" on employer and employees. Senators Enzi and Isakson and Representatives Kline, Roe and Gingrey introduced the resolutions in accordance with the Congressional Review Act (CRA). The CRA establishes special streamlined congressional procedures for disapproving regulations. If Congress passes a joint resolution disapproving the NLRB’s Ambush Rule and the resolution becomes law, the rule cannot take effect.
We expect a vote on the resolutions in the coming weeks. Your representative needs to hear from the business community on this important issue! Please feel free to add your personal story to the letter. Thank you for your support!
